This course is for you if you are looking to enjoy your holidays with more energy, ease and mental clarity.
All of the course material is appropriate for beginners as well as for those with more experience in Ayurveda.
what is the time commitment?
30-minutes of self-care each day broken down into:
15 minutes of daily physical movement
15 minutes of daily mental self care that can be split into 5-minute segments throughout the day
